Major: Economics

What caught my interest in digital media was designing websites and the multiple uses of social media to bring awareness to a company, project, movement, and much more. I began designing websites in April of 2020 and ever since then it has been something that I do in my downtime. I design websites for many different people and companies and went as far as creating social media advertisements for those people and companies. The many offerings the Digital ACT Studio provides to the faculty, staff, and students on UNCG’s campus is an influx of information that goes beyond the designing of websites and social media. The Digital ACT Studio informs the UNCG community of the many different uses of how digital media can effectively and proactively make our daily activities with media and technology, whether it’s work or personal life, easier to use and understand. If I didn’t say it already, this influx of information is what captivated my interests in digital media.
