General Guidelines
- Remember the 3 Cs and CRAP (see General Design)
- These principles apply across your PPT theme, font, layout, spacing, sizing, and colors.
- Divide long PPTs into sections, differentiated by layout and design.
- Do NOT overload your slides with text.
- Lists and short phrases are what you want out of a PPT.
- Large blocks of text impair your design AND the effectiveness of your delivery.
- Balance your slides out with text AND images.
