General Guidelines
Remember the 3 Cs and CRAP (see
General Design
)
These principles apply across your PPT theme, font, layout, spacing, sizing, and colors.
Divide long PPTs into sections, differentiated by layout and design.
Do NOT overload your slides with text.
Lists and short phrases are what you want out of a PPT.
Large blocks of text impair your design AND the effectiveness of your delivery.
Balance your slides out with text AND images.
